Put the pastry into a circular mould greased with
olive oil. Pour the melted chocolate into the mould. Peel and cut the apples into 5 mm thick slices and arrange on top of the melted chocolate.

Pour the egg, sugar and walnut drink mixture on top and put in the over at 392 ºF.

Bake for 25 minutes and serve warm.
