With these four recipes you can make a delicious spaghetti dish with just a pot and a frying pan:
Spaghetti with Garlic, Olive Oil and Parmesan
Serves 4
Time: 20 minutes
Easy
Ingredients: 400 g spaghetti, garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, fresh oregano and grated Parmesan cheese.
Cook the spaghetti at the same time that you infuse the garlic with extra-virgin olive oil in a hot pan. Finish it all with a touch of oregano and Parmesan!
Spaghetti with Prawns and Spinach
Serves 4
Time: 20 minutes
Easy
Ingredients: 400 g spaghetti, 400 g prawns, 200 g baby spinach, a clove of garlic, extra-virgin olive oil and a spoonful of paprika.
Cook the prawns first with chopped garlic, then add the spinach. Two minutes and put the spaghetti (already cooked). And a touch of paprika to give it color!
Spaghetti with Avocado Pesto
Serves 4
Time: 15 minutes
Easy
Ingredients: 400 g spaghetti. For the pesto: 2 ripe avocados, a dash of lemon juice, two cloves of garlic, fresh basil and 50 g pine nuts.
Easy peasy! While the spaghetti is cooking, make the avocado pesto by putting all the ingredients together and mixing them until a paste is left. Voilà!
Fresh Zucchini Pasta
Serves 4
Time: 15 minutes
Easy
Ingredients: 2 spiraled zucchini, a small spring onion, 100 g of black olives, 100 g of cubed feta cheese and a handful of walnuts. For the dressing: extra-virgin olive oil, a dash of lemon juice, a pinch of ground pepper and a pinch of salt.
In a frying pan poach (to taste, depends on whether you like it rawer or more done!) the zucchini and onion. Add the spaghetti already cooked and give it a couple of turns. When you plate, put the olives and feta cheese on top, and the dressings!
