- 4 tortilla wraps
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 tomato
- 7 oz. cooked chickapeas
- 2 oz. STAR Original Olive Oil
- 1 onion or soybean sprouts
Crush the chickpeas with some olive oil, add a little salt and some of the water used to cook the chickpeas. When you’ve got a smooth hummus, spread it on the tortillas. If you’re pushed for time, you can buy ready made hummus.
Chop up the walnuts and sprinkle on top of the hummus.
Slice the tomatoes and place on top of the chopped walnuts. Spiral the zucchini and carrot and arrange on top of the sliced tomatoes.
Finish off with the onion or soybean sprouts and a few drops of olive oil. Roll up and you’re good to go!
