
Ingredients
- For The Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. STAR Ferran Adrià Signature Series Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp.STAR Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Gold Edition
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For The Salad
- 4 cups spring mix greens (or greens of your choice)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
Instructions
To make the dressing, whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.
To prepare the salad, add the greens to a large bowl followed by the chicken, strawberries, almonds, and the green onion. Drizzle desired amount of the dressing and toss until well-mixed and everything is lightly coated in the dressing.
Serve when satisfied.
