- 12 1/2-inch slices baguette, toasted
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, room temperature
- 12 STAR Pimiento Stuffed Manzanilla Olives
- 12 thin strips smoked salmon, about 1- x 3-inches each
- 12 slices English cucumber
Spread each bread slice with some cream cheese. Wrap each olive with a strip of salmon.
Place one cucumber slice on top of each baguette slice. Place one salmon-wrapped olive on top of each cucumber and secure with a wooden pick
