- 6 salmon steaks
- 2 teaspoons of Star extra virgin olive oil
- 2 onions
- 2.5 oz pistachios
- salt and pepper, to taste
- a pinch of dill
Preheat the oven to 356 ºF and begin peeling and chopping the pistachios.
Arrange the onions and salmon on an oven tray and sprinkle the chopped (not ground) pistachios on top, together with the dill.
Drizzle the Star extra virgin olive oil on top and bake for about 20 minutes.
