Cheesy Artichoke, Pepper & Olive Bread

35 mins Serves 12 Slices #STARFineFoods Ingredients: 1 (20 ounce) loaf ciabatta bread, cut horizontally 1 (12 oz.) jar Cara Mia Artichokes in Water, drained and coarsely chopped 1 cup freshly grated Fontina cheese 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 2 green onions, sliced 1 clove fresh garlic, squeezed through a garlic press 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper Red pepper flakes (optional) Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Place bread halves, cut side facing up, onto a rimmed baking sheet.

In a large bowl combine the chopped artichokes, peppers and olives, cheeses, green onions, garlic, mayo and yogurt. Season with pepper and stir until combined.

Divide mixture onto both halves of bread and bake on the middle rack in your oven for 30 minutes. Rotate the pan halfway for even browning.

After baking, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and cool the bread for 8 to 10 minutes before slicing into 1 to 2-inch strips.
